Shipping Information

All Fifteen Society graphics are designed by us, but the actual products get printed and shipped out by our drop shippers in Los Angeles: a company called Printful. 

IMPORTANT IF YOU ARE ORDERING FOR A SPECIFIC EVENT/CONCERT: It takes about 2-6 business days to print apparel products and non-apparel products. This is outside of shipping days so please take this into account, we'd hate for anyone not to get products on time! We unfortunately can't control when orders are placed.

The chart below will indicate up to how many days you should expect to wait before receiving your Fifteen Society buzz worthy items! Please keep shipping times in mind when purchasing apparel for specific events/concerts!

Customs Fees Notice

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees, depending on destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. This fee is your responsibility.

Returns

All sent packages are marked with the Printful return address, so that if the package is returned for any reason (wrong address, broken, defective), it will go to them. Make sure you return the package to Printful's address! Exchanges will only be made for products that are received defective or damaged, so please email us before returning products at hello@fifteensociety.com.
